Guam Animals in Need, Inc. (G.A.I.N.) asks that you take these undoubtedly overwhelming emotions and join us to change what is unfortunately a reality for too many other dogs and cats on our island. By signing this petition, you are helping us inform our elected officials that we, as a community, will not tolerate animal cruelty on our island.
We are asking that these types of cases be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law by The Office of the Attorney General of Guam. Dismissal of charges or imposition of minimal penalties will no longer be acceptable punishment for flagrant animal abuse and neglect on Guam.
