GAIN membership grew from 191 members in 1991, 486 in 2008, and to roughly 350 in 2011. GAIN has become an affiliate member of the Guam Hotel and Restaurant Association through which it plans to have businesses come together for the purpose of creating goals focused on significantly reducing the euthanasia of healthy and treatable companion animals on Guam.
